Many EMRs will provide both their own scheduling and workflow management which is optimized for the back office. CollaborateMD, on the other hand, is optimized for the front-office and billing processes so our robust scheduling component will take care of eligibility and phone notify services while synchronizing in real-time to your EMR scheduler. The end result is clear communication between your front and back office despite the fact that they are operating on opposite platforms.
